Accomodation Booking Terms & Conditions: To secure your booking, 50% of the total tariff is required as a deposit within 14 days. Balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation up to 60 days prior will incur a $150 booking fee. If cancelled 60 – 45 days prior to arrival a deduction of 50% of the total tariff will be made unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of $150 will be charged per apartment. NO REFUND if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of $150 will be charged per apartment. Extra persons only with manager’s approval prior to arrival - charges apply. Snow Package Terms & Conditions Booking Policy - A 50% deposit is required to book your snow package with the final payment payable no less than 14 days prior to your arrival. Refund Policy - There are NO REFUNDS on Bus Transfers. Cancellations up to 7 days prior to your arrival will incur a booking fee of 5% of the total snow package cost. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival. Security Bond A security bond is charged on all apartments. A credit card number must be provided upon your arrival for the security bond. The amount of your security bond depends on apartment type and size. The 4 share & 6 share apartments attract a $500 security bond and all of the 12 share apartments attract a $1000 security bond. Please note that all bookings that are sporting groups and/or young adults will attract a $2000 security bond regardless of apartment type and size. Snowsports Guarantee All payments proved to be received (less 15% booking fee of total tariff paid) will be refunded, if 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek. This guarantee does not apply if snowsports at the Resort cannot be accessed should ski lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable for everyday during the declared Victorian Ski Season.
